We’ve narrowed down the issue to one of our data center providers and are currently working them on a resolution. We’ll post again when we have more information to share.
Our data center partner has resolved the issue and the problems with creation are now resolved! We’ll continue to monitor the situation, though, and we’ll post again if there are further issues.
We are currently experiencing some issues with new site creation on Flywheel. We are investigating this issue and will update as soon as we have more information.
UPDATE: This issue is now resolved and site creation is functioning normally.
We’ve been alerted to issues with a subset of our SFTP load balancing servers, preventing some users from accessing their sites via SFTP. Our developers are actively working on restoring full service.
Update: Our developers have located the cause of the issue, and the SFTP connection is back up and running! If you were impacted by this issue, note that you may need to clear your FTP client cache as well.
